These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the credit-repair services provided by Global Credit Repair Network (“GCRN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, you agree to these terms. We operate in full compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and provide accurate, complete information to use our services.

2. Description of Services

GCRN provides credit-analysis, dispute, and credit-optimization services, including a complete audit of your reports from all three major bureaus, custom dispute strategies, and ongoing tracking through your secure portal.

3. Your Rights Under CROA

• You may cancel your contract within three (3) business days of signing at no charge.
• We cannot charge for services before they are performed (no advance fees).
• You have the right to dispute credit-report items yourself at no cost.
• You may keep accurate, verifiable information on your report.

4. No Guarantee of Results

No credit-repair organization can guarantee the removal of accurate, verifiable information or a specific score increase. We guarantee only that we will exhaustively challenge every inaccurate, misleading, or unverified item using every legal protection available to you.

5. Fees & Billing

Initial payment: $299.99, billed once your credit analysis and file setup are complete. Monthly fee: $299.99/month for joint service, which includes credit repair for you and your spouse or partner at no extra cost. The monthly service auto-renews until you cancel.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel at any time through your portal or by notifying our support team. You may cancel within three business days of enrollment for a full refund of any fees charged. After that period, billing stops for future cycles; fees for services already performed are non-refundable.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information, upload required identity-verification documents, respond promptly to requests, and keep your contact information current.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and materials are the property of Global Credit Repair Network and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
